{Roads & Bridges Department (R & B)}
1) Project Manager- R & B : SALARY: 1300 - 1800, B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 12 to 15 years experience as project Manager in a reputed organization in roads and bridges with Gulf experience preferred. Should have knowledge of Primavera / planning and Scheduling. Wide experience site execution/ contract / BOQ and invoicing.
2) Planning Engineer - R & B: SALARY: 500 - 550, A graduate in Civil engineering with 5 years of Experience in planning, costing and budgeting of projects. The candidate must have working knowledge in MS Project, P3, P6, Excel, Power Point and other MS Office Tools
3) Quantity Surveyor - R & B SALARY: 500 - 700 B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 to 10 years experience as quantity surveyor in a reputed organization in roads and bridges with Gulf experience preferred. Should be a computer literate and should be fluent in spoken and written English and having the general responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor 4) Draughtsman - R & B: SALARY: 275 - 300 , Should be a diploma in Civil engineering with soiled experience Auto CAD drafting. Should have worked as a draughtsman in highly reputed firm for at least 4 Years in drawing experience in high ways/ bridges / structures.
5) Material Engineer - R & B: SALARY: 700 - 1000, BE with Min 10 years of experience in handling various types of Road ways Materials in Stores of a major Roadways site. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Material properties, applications and utilization. Computer knowledge (MS Excel) is a must.
CIVIL Division
1) Project Manager- CIVIL: SALARY: 900-1100, BE Civil with min 12-18 yrs exp in planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects. The candidate must have working knowledge in MS Project, P3, P6, Excel, Power Point and other MS Office Tools Also Experienced in Project execution, co-ordination etc., Building line (residential, shopping mall, hospitals, industrial Bldg). Must have 3-5 yrs gulf exp. Must have 3 yrs worked as Project Manager 2) Planning Engineer: SALARY: 400-600, Graduate in Civil engineering with 5 years of Experience in planning, costing and budgeting of projects. The candidate must have working knowledge in MS Project, P3, P6, Excel, Power Point and other MS Office Tools. Gulf Experience preferred
3) Sr. Quantity Surveyor- Civil SALARY: 700-1000, Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 to 15 years experience as quantity surveyor in a reputed organization with Gulf experience preferred. Should be a computer literate and should be fluent in spoken and written English and having the general responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor
