2 Years ITI with 5 to 8 years’ Experience

1. Responsible for performance and execution of operations, maintenance, trouble shooting.

2. Repair and modification of the assigned HVAC systems.

3. Carry out operation and maintenance activities on a day to day basis.

4. Performs preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.

5. Perform trouble shooting and execute equipment repair as necessary.

6. Perform modification as may be required.

7. Ensure company's policies and procedures are followed always.

2. Technician-HVAC Electrical -10 NO’S 1500 to 1800  2 Years ITI with 5 to 8 years’ Experience

  3.  Ability to read and comprehend HVAC system engineering drawings

  4.  Carry out the Routine Maintenance Activity and Trouble Shooting caliber.

Senior Technician-Ac – 12 NO’S  2000 to 2200  2 Years ITI with 5 years’ experience

 1.  Capable of attending break downs or improperly running plant, repairing defective plant A/Cs, chillers and other equipment’s, diagnose faults, read and understand schematic diagrams, use test instruments and tools and act independently in solving problems with minimum or no supervision.

  2.  A/c Technician shall also have electrical experience.

  3.  All workmen should able to communicate in English language to enable the proper reporting and maintaining log sheets and completion reports.

Technician-Ac- 10 1600 to 1800   2 Years ITI with 5 years’ experience

The above salary can be slightly negotiable at the time of interview except Asset Encoder if candidates are strong in technical.

NOTE JOB JD  - 

1. Capable of attending break downs or improperly running plant, repairing defective plant A/Cs, chillers and other equipment's, diagnose faults, read and understand schematic diagrams, use test instruments and tools and act independently in solving problems with minimum or no supervision. Construction experience in not sufficient / not considerable.

1. A/c Technician shall also have electrical experience.
